Die Kult-Konvention in Dresden war AW: Die Russen kommen.......
From: Volker Gödde <Vogoedde@gmx.de>

Shows zusehen seien werden.

Responses from the Dresden Juggling Convention (Germany, January 2002) and from the Vienna Juggling Convention (Austria, February 2002)

“The public (400 people) give them great applause and standing ovation.” (Peter Theeg, one of the organizers, ptheeg@gmx.de).

“The audience was overwhelmed! Even on Friday when they first entered the juggling hall and began to juggle, immediately there was a circle of people, people stopped talking to have a look and stood there with open mouths (literally).
At the show on Saturday it was the final act, and again people (jugglers and guests) were enthusiastic!...” (Torsten Rönsch, another organizer, roensch@ite.inf.tu-dresden.de)

“Dear parents of Vova and Olga!
...Olga and Vova are great. I hope, they get the entrance of some European circus-schools. I mean, they have great possibilities, but it is important, that they are as brother and sister on the stage. There are many good jugglers in Germany or Europe, but very less girls and a very few like the Vova-Olga-Connection.
Vova and Olga are brilliant on stage in case of be professional, always smiling, looks like easy working and if they have drops, you cannot see, that they are angry. The piano-performance looks nice...
So that’s all meanings by me. I've really never seen an impressive juggling like Vova and Olga do. When they are motivated enough for the next six years, I'm sure, they will be a part of the very best Artists in the world. When they need a "Hotel" again, no problem.
Good greetings and good luck for the future, Kelvin.” (The professional German performer, quellvin@gmx.de)

“Last Saturday Vova & Olga, Kelvin and myself went to Berlin for a casting in the variety "Chamaeleon". Vova & Olga did their "job" in an excellent way, so they became the favourites of the audience. And they would have been taken for their Midnight Show if they weren't so young. You must be over 16 to be allowed to perform in one of their shows (by law). So another participant won the first prize. But it was a big success for V&O...” (Torsten Rönsch, roensch@ite.inf.tu-dresden.de)

We had a nice time in Dresden

“...our weekend in Vienna was very very nice. The local organisers helped us in every way. They could give us some money for the journey and we didn't have to pay anything else anymore. They also made it possible, that Olga and Vova could show their piano performance. On Friday evening they could show the piano performance. I loved it! It’s really great. Olga also showed some theatre-talent - very nice. And they got lots of cheers from the spectators...
...On our homepage http://www.juggler.net/dresdnerjongleure you can see some more pictures from Dresden convention and the pictures from Vienna too.
ciao Ole” (Ole Jaekel, oj853436@mail.inf.tu-dresden.de)

“...But of course, the climax of the evening was the passing act by Olga and Vova...”

“...Olga and Vova, two amiable young Russian stars, made sure that the show finished with a bang...”
