You Were Right

My new camera came today! Way earlier than I expected it to too! So that was exciting. And if that wasn't enough...YES JOE, juggling made me better at golf!! I won the putting competition today at golf practice. Which meant all I had to do is hit a bucket and leave. I was really excited, I get very emotional if something is a competition.
I don't have golf practice this weekend, which is a nice break. Monday is when the craziness starts though; I have Link Crew/Peer Counseling training from 12 to 5pm. Tuesday I have Link Crew/Peer Counseling training from 7am to 2pm, golf practice from 2:30 to 4, National Honor Society meeting at 4:30 and on top of everything, a dentist appointment, which we have to reschedule for Monday because there is no way I can fit it in between golf and NHS meeting. Wish me luck!

Hey!

Just thought I'd let everybody know...drumroll please...I JUGGLED YESTERDAY!!!!!!! Thank you, thank you!!

Thanks to Wesley and Joe.

Ow

My finger hurts. One of them healed from my door injury, but the other one is still pretty bad. Especially with 2 hour golf practices every day now, it prevents my finger from healing. And it hurts it hurts.

Woo!

I made the team today! How awesome. That totally brightened up my life. I've been really cranky the last few days, I don't know what's wrong with me. I was really nervous (or excited, I can never tell) before registration and tryouts. But it was fun I guess, except for standing in line in the sun for an hour.
I just realized I dropped two very expensive and important things to me today. I dropped my camera and it stopped working. I also dropped my cell phone for the first time in its existance. I dropped it on concrete too. Ug, I was so upset, I started crying right there. I am very protective of this phone. It got a few scratches on it and I can't tell you how upset I am about this. Though I'm probably more upset about how pathetic I am, crying over a scratched cell phone.
So yeah, I'm getting a new camera. More about it later.

*I made the golf team. Sorry, I thought it would be clear since it's in the golf category. Maybe that's why nobody reads my blog, because I don't make any sense whatsoever.

THE Cake!

Yesterday was Jerry's Birthday! Happy 87th!
The night before, Mark, Chad and I decided we would bake him a cake. It was awesome! Half way through, we realized we didn't have some of the ingredients, so we had to go out and get them. Half an hour later, we realized we didn't have enough sugar. The only sugar we had was in cube form...Mark did the honors.
Chad and Mark made the mistake of not spraying the cake pan with Pam, even though I repeatedly told them to. "IT'S NONSTICK!!" Nonstick my ass.
It came out...funny! To quote Barry, "I give the cake an A+ in taste, but a B- in presentation". I think he was a little generous on the presentation part.

Oh What I Wouldn't Do to Be Less Clumsy...

My friend Beth and I made plans to go to the movies and then go to her parents' house and have dinner last night. I was all excited to meet her at the theater at 4:20. I was walking out of my bedroom singing when I slammed the door on my fingers.

I started squealing like crazy with my hand over my mouth. When I looked at my hand it was dripping with blood and I felt sick and started to cry hysterically. I ran downstairs where Vova was practicing and showed it to him. Neither of us do well with blood, so we went to Barry's office. Mark and Barry really wanted to take me to the emergency room. As soon as I heard those two horrible words, I stopped crying and was like "I'm fine!". But we went there and they took an xray to make sure I didn't break anything. They did cut off some skin though. It was disgusting. Ugg..I could not look at my hand until they put band aids over my fingers. Now I'm typing with one hand and learning how to use the mouse with my left hand, I changed the settings on it last night. So annoying.
So I didn't get to see the movie with Beth but I still went to dinner, which was lovely I must say. Her mom and I took Duke (the dog) on a walk, I had a conversation with her father about college. Beth's brother, Scotty, is going to be a high school freshman this year! Which I'm especially excited about because I'm doing Link Crew (a program lead by juniors and seniors for freshmen). They also made me a belated birthday cake!! I hadn't had one in a few years. So thank you Beth, Nancy, Tom, Scotty and Dukie for having me last night!

WJF!

I want to start off by saying thank you to Jason. Even though it wasn't as good as last year's (it wasn't even supposed to be a full convention), it was still amazing. I got to hang out with the best jugglers in the world. I also got to watch Toby practice without his shirt on, but that's another story.

Also thanks to Wesley(!!), Jeff Peden and Lutkus, Joe Showers, Warren, Nathan, Selby's mom and Selby, Anna, Vova, Doug and Doug's mom and Norbi for making it so much fun!! Thank you Selby for being so enthusiastic about combat, it was awesome! I still feel bad about the club that hit you! Thanks to Joe for getting Jeff, Warren and I to watch Clerks II (KINKY KELLY FO' LIFE!!) Thanks to Warren and Jeff for getting jellyfish (and being awesome)!!. Thanks to the entire spirit team!! We totally rocked.

It's too bad I most likely won't be able to make it to next year's WJF at BJC. Don't have too much fun without me or I'll cry!!
